Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your:

• Order number
• Name
• Contact details

Cancellation requests are subject to order processing status.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been:

• Packed for shipping
• Dispatched
• Delivered

cannot be cancelled.
